Engraving & Personalisation Terms

Please ensure that all engraving details entered with your order are correct, as your engraving will be completed exactly as submitted, including all spelling, punctuation, grammar, capitalisation, spacing and formatting.

We do not edit, proofread or correct personalised engraving requests and cannot accept responsibility for any errors provided by the customer.

By placing an order for an engraved or personalised product, you acknowledge and agree that the engraving instructions supplied are accurate and represent exactly how you wish the item to be engraved and received.

As engraved and personalised products are custom-made to your specifications, they cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged or refunded unless the item is faulty or the engraving differs from the instructions provided with your order.

Medical Information

Where you choose to engrave medical information (including medical conditions, allergies, medications or emergency contact details), this information is used solely to personalise your chosen product and fulfil your order.

We do not use this information for marketing purposes and only retain it for as long as necessary to complete your order or as otherwise required by law.

By submitting engraving information, you confirm that you have authority to provide that information and consent to it being used for the purpose of manufacturing your personalised product.

Personalised and engraved products are custom-made and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty or have been engraved differently from the instructions provided with your order.
